Arlette Cabral, CAMS-1
Founder & President
Arlette founded TLC in 2017, establishing it as a respected provider of child visitation monitoring with a proven track record.
As a professionally trained Supervised Monitor, she brings extensive experience in high-conflict and high-profile family law and DCFS cases, including those involving substance abuse, failure to protect, and other sensitive circumstances requiring compassionate supervision.
Under her leadership, TLC also provides valuable parenting education, ensuring families are well-supported during court-ordered visitation.
